The new BI series from AFTG meets all these requirements and convinces especially through the innovative technology combined with the modern design. The results are absolute homogeneous injection rates as well as an optimized brine distribution within the product.

The standard versions of the BI series can be perfectly adapted to the individual and/or product-specific requirements.

Hygienic design - The modular design of the injector can be disassembled with little effort and be cleaned easily. For cleaning purposes, the conveyor belt can be completely pulled out of the unit.

Needle tools - The New-Twist-System an easy and quick change of the needles is possible. According to the product-specific requirements, the needle box is equipped with 2-fold 4 mm spray needles for red meat or 2-fold 3 mm spray needles for poultry. The spray needles not only guarantee an optimal brine feed but also a homogeneous distribution of the brine.

Metal conveyor belt - Alternatively, the injectors can be equipped with a metal conveyor belt.

• European technology. The whole machine including the saline pump all adopts SUS304 stainless steel that is compliance with HACCP standard.
• May inject different kinds of meat with bones or without bones, injection pressure 0 - 10kg that range is adjustable. Injection needle arranges reasonably, saline water distributes in meat lump evenly, the injection rate can reach 100%.
• The conveyor belt can be easily pulled out, and easy to clean.
• Electric appliance installed separately, effectively avoid dampness damage.
• Saline water filtration circulation recycled after injection.
