Product Description

The AFTG MPM400 Meat Pressing Machine is an industrial hydraulic meat-forming solution designed to shape raw meat into consistent dimensions for commercial meat-processing operations. Its four-direction pressing system applies pressure from the left, right, top, and rear to support controlled, repeatable shaping.

Equipped with PLC controls, a servo driver, and independently controlled hydraulic push plates, the MPM400 allows shaping parameters to be adjusted to suit different processing requirements. Its integrated feeding and discharge mechanisms support efficient material handling, while German Rexroth hydraulic valves and a heavy-duty 304 stainless-steel base plate provide an industrial-grade machine design.

Key Features

  • Four-direction hydraulic pressing: Applies pressure from four directions for controlled meat shaping.
  • Adjustable PLC controls: Supports configuration of shaping parameters for different production requirements.
  • Independent hydraulic control: Left and right push plates operate independently.
  • Integrated material handling: Includes a rear pushing and clamping device and a lifting discharge port.
  • Industrial hydraulic components: Equipped with German Rexroth solenoid and proportional valves.
  • Heavy-duty construction: Features a 40 mm-thick 304 stainless-steel base plate.
  • Position monitoring: Includes a displacement sensor.

Applications

Suitable for industrial meat-processing facilities requiring controlled meat pressing and shaping for production applications involving beef, pork, mutton, and other compatible meat materials.
