WARRANTY
We at AFTG believe in the quality of the machine that we are manufacturing. Because of the high-level American Standard that we add to our products we offer 6 months warranty to our customers to make sure they make their purchase with peace of mind.
All-new American Food Tech Group Food machinery and equipment come with 180 days warranty. This warranty includes any electrical or mechanical problems. Replaceable parts are not included in this warranty.
MAINTENANCE
Our experience in the past shows that most of the issues with machinery come from lack of maintenance and care for machinery. To make sure our customers only focus on their job which is food processing we offer 1 year free labor maintenance quarterly for all our new machines. With this strategy, we achieved a lower rate of machine failure and increase the life of American Food Tech Group food proceeding machinery.
